Ingredients: Coriander, Chillies, Cumin, Turmeric, Fenugreek Leaves, Salt, Black Pepper, Dry Ginger, Mustard, Tej Patta, Pulses, Cloves, Nutmeg, Caraway, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Amomum Seeds, Mace and Asafoetida. Nutritional Information Per 100g Approx.: Energy 205 kcal, Protein 9.5g, Carbohydrate 34.0g, Fat 3.5g, Saturated Fat 1.0g, Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid 0.8g, Monounsaturated Fatty Acid 0.8g, Cholesterol 0g, Vitamin 0.10g, Minerals 0.07g.

For Karahi Chicken: Wash and cut 1kg chicken into pieces. Heat 3 tbsp oil or ghee in a karahi and fry 3 chopped onions until golden. Add 3 chopped tomatoes and ½ tsp degi mirch and stir well. Add 3½ tsp PCM Chicken Masala and 1 to 1½ tsp salt according to taste. Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes. Add chicken pieces and fry for 10 minutes. Add ½ cup beaten curd and mix. Reduce to low heat, cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes. Add lemon juice, finely chopped green chillies and kasoori methi before serving.
