Recipe Notes

Recipe: Clean and wash ½ kg meat. Heat 2½ tbsp oil/ghee in a pressure cooker and crackle 2-inch cinnamon, 4 green cardamoms and 4 cloves. Add 1 cup sliced onions and fry until golden brown. Add ½ tbsp ginger-garlic paste and fry for 2 minutes. Add 2 tsp PCM Meat Masala and salt to taste. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add meat and fry for 5 minutes. Add ½ cup chopped tomatoes and fry for 5-7 minutes. Add ½ cup water, close the lid and cook for 6-8 whistles. Simmer for 7 minutes until meat is tender. Garnish with chopped coriander and julienned ginger before serving.
