For approximately 250g of chickpeas, the pack recipe recommends around 1½ teaspoons of PCM Chole Masala. The quantity can be adjusted according to taste.
Yes. The masala can also be used for kala chana and other chickpea-based preparations. Adjust the quantity according to the recipe and serving size.
PCM Chole Masala provides the primary spice blend. Basic ingredients such as salt, onion, tomato, ginger and green chillies can be added according to the recipe and personal taste.
Yes. It can be used for both gravy-based chole and semi-dry or dry chana preparations by adjusting the amount of water used during cooking.
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening the packet, transfer the contents to an airtight container to protect the aroma and flavour of the masala.
