Ingredients Needed: Mutton 500g, Oil 100ml (Mustard Oil Recommended), Water 500ml to 600ml (Adjust based on desired consistency), Premix: 100g Laal Maas Masala, Garnish: Fresh coriander leaves.

Step 1: Heat 100ml oil in a pressure cooker. Add 500g mutton and sauté for about 2 minutes.

Step 2: In a separate bowl, mix the 100g premix with 500ml-600ml water until well combined.

Step 3: Pour the masala-water mixture into the cooker with the mutton.

Step 4: Cook the mixture in the open cooker for 3 to 4 minutes.

Step 5: Close the lid and cook on the lowest flame for 4 to 6
whistles depending on desired tenderness and gravy thickness. |

Step 6: Garnish with coriander leaves before serving. Your authentic Rajasthani Laal Maas is ready to serve.
